ZONAL GROUP PRIVACY POLICY

Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which all the companies and businesses within the Zonal Group (as listed below) collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users (each, a “User”) of any of the Zonal Group websites (“Websites”).

  • Freshnet Systems Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales under the Companies Acts (No. 04083361) and having its registered office is at Unit 1, 115 Milton Park, Milton, Abingdon, OX14 4RZ

The Zonal Group companies are data controllers and will use your personal information as described in this Policy.

This privacy policy applies to all the Websites and also phone calls and correspondence with the Zonal Group; except in relation to recruitment by the Zonal Group or in connection with our services to our customers.

How information is collected from applicants (or a recruitment agent) in relation to a job application and how such information is processed and retained is covered by and governed by the Zonal Group’s Job Applicant Data Policy (as applicable from time to time).

How information is collected from our customers and processed and retained in connection with our services to our customers is covered by the terms of our contracts and terms & conditions of trade (as applicable from time to time).

 

Personal Information and Data

We collect information about Users in a variety of ways; including (but not limited to) when Users visit one of our Websites, fill out a form, upload any documents to one of our Websites, in correspondence with us (including via e-mail), by telephone and when you visit our offices. We also collect information in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Websites.

The information we collect depends on how you communicate with us but will include the following personal data:

  • Date of Birth – To make sure you are old enough to enter any of our competitions and for our own internal analysis and research.
